The First race of the 2020 season was successfully conducted on Monday the 24th of August, a record in itself for latest start to racing in the club’s history, but during a pandemic any group activity is difficult.
Adjacent to the boat yard is a slipway which is used for launching and recovering members yachts.
Sailing members are able to apply to the club for a mooring location along the River Alt, the member can then lay a mooring in the space allocated. A suggested mooring arrangement for the River Alt is shown here:
The Yard and Berth master allocates space in the yard depending on there being space available and boat type.
